hi, i understand that when a phone has been reported stolen in the
united kingdom then that phone can not be used on any network in the
uk, but since the premier insurance covers you worldwide what happens
if the phone gets stolen abroad? would that phone be blocked on all the
mobile communication networks in that country?

You mean you sell it in another country, report it as stolen and claim on
the insurance...
What you really want to know is will the unwitting purchaser get cut off and
[possibly] report you?
The answer is probably, but no more help than that!
