Hi,
I can browse the Internet using my phone.
If I am in a cafe which offers a free hotspot, how can I access the
web using the hotspot and avoid call charges to my phone proider.

Hi,
Samsung E250
it has bluetooth. I don't think it has wifi.

You cannot use the hotspot then. You need wifi for that.
