"Locked out? If you've entered your PIN incorrectly 3 times, then
unfortunately your phone will be locked. But hey, it's no problem at all -
what you need to get back up and running is a PUK code. That's your phone's
Personal Unlocking Code.

How to get your PUK code
Simply visit Your Account and you can pick up your PUK code there.

Need some help with your PUK code?

The default SIM pin on Virgin Mobile is 7890 or you can get you PUK
code by logging into your account section on their website.
