Contact for KPN (Dutch operator)

Can anyone put me in touch with KPN? I've tried ringing their UK number
(KPN international) but nobody rings back and when I try to call their Dutch
numbers, I get a Dutch message then a hang-up.

And of course I don't speak Dutch ;-).

I'm trying to get a mobile that my father-in-law bought in Holland unlocked
and it would be nice to have contact with a real person to confirm I filled
out their website form (Dutch, babel to English !) correctly.,
