    Call them?

Lost and stolen will get a real person, as will most of the other menu
    choices.

What's the nature of your query?

Hmmmm, but last time *I* tried that, they wouldn't talk to me, after I
admitted I was trying to 'fastrack' the system!

I didn't say they would take your call, only that it would get a real
    person.

S'pose then, if I was being as grumpy as some folks here, I'd say that,
    that's no help whatsoever! :-)

If I were being pedantic, I'd say that the OP never stated what he
actually wanted to talk to Orange about, so it may well be some help.

    Seconded.

My case involved fraudulent reverse-billed SMS messages and I rang
them to establish the exact location of the Company Secretary's office
as I was sending in Plod to make an arrest.

For some reason, they were amazingly receptive to my needs..........

I often choose the option thats says "I can't afford to pay my bill" on
various systems. Usually gets you through to someone pretty quickly. Not
tested this on the orange system though.
