Advice on Nokia N95 8GB

I'm trying to migrate from my SE and would be grateful for help on the
following.

I want to copy over my existing old telephone ring mp3 file and use it.
How do I do that? I have copied the file, both as mp3 and wav into the
Digital folder but it does not appear on the list.

After adding the music "refresh" the music within the player
