I keep getting unwanted calls from this lot.

Is there an easy way of stopping them?

I assume you are registered with the TPS?

If so, put a complaint in with them, and tell
M4U next time they call you have.

If that doesn't work? immediately call your networks
malicious calls dept and complain about your last call

Doesnt matter if they witheld number, your networks
malicious call dept will be able to reveal it and call them
