Cheapest PAYG for international SMS?

I was wondering... which PAYG networks are cheapest for sending texts from
the UK to other countries? Most have international SMS at about 20p, while
from the net VOIP providers will do SMS for about 3-4p. I know I can use
Vyke and similar through a Java app but a) my phone doesn't have Java and b)
I don't really want to pay a tenner upfront for credit as I'll use it quite
slowly. I have a selection of PAYG SIMs on the go, so perhaps I could use
one I already have.

Or perhaps there are some foreign SIMs that will send texts cheaper when
roaming in the UK than native SIMs?

GlobalCell, IDT, Lebara and Lycamobile charge 10p for an international
