Recover lost Phonebook Entries? Nokia 3310e

On Wednesday 10th December I received an Orange SIM update
and now my phone reports that there are no numbers in my
PhoneBook. Is there any way of recovering these?
My wife has mutual contacts on her 3330, is there any way
I can copy these to my 3310?

The 3330 has a phone book on the phone itself as well as the SIM
phonebook. The 3310 does not and can only access numbers on the SIM. If
they've gone, they've gone.

So it might be possible to copy my wifes phonebook to her
3330 internal memory, replace her SIM with mine, then copy
the entries to my SIM?
Only problem is that the 3330 user guide has no mention of
any internal memory or of a facility to copy the phonebook
to internal memory.

Menu 01-6 is the copy function to copy from sim to phone & vice versa.

Tim, thanks for that link. The user guide that came
with the phone was
written by Orange and did not include any of the more
advanced stuff
such as copy.

So problem now sorted
