N73 Replacement?

My N73 seems to be on it's way out, screen goes completely brown for a
few minutes on a semi-regular basis and now it won't switch off, I have
to remove the battery to turn it off.

Looking for something with similar functionality, pay & go, on 3 at the
moment, that won't cost a fortune (had looked at the N95 but they still
seem to be pretty expensive). Any suggestions?
