US Cellular keeps calling my work phone with an automated message to call them back. I know the message is not for me, it's for the guy who had this number before me. I don't know him. I tried to call them back to tell them that, but the automated answering system I get when I call the number back requires a phone number that I obviously don't have. I tried to call their customer service line from their website but the wait time was like 15 minutes and I'm completely unwilling to sit on the phone that long (or at all really) to tell them to stop harassing me. It's getting to the point where they're calling me two to four times a day.

They called me half an hour ago and I started looking for sites to post to and as I was typing this they called me again. I sent them an email through their site to have a real person call me. It wasn't a very polite email. I'm pissed. How do I get this US Cellular and their **** customer service to stop calling me? It's my work phone, it's not like I can ignore it.

To recap, I hate US Cellular and based on my experience thus far, can't believe anybody would partake in their services.
