US cellular Free incoming calls question?

I have US cellular
and i was wondering

If someone from mexico called me would i be charged long distance?
If so how much?

Will i be charged even if they called me past 7pm? [Calls after 7pm are free]

What if they called me on weekends?

I have US Cellular and have some family in mexico and have never been charged long distance for incoming calls,etc.....I would call US Cellular to just make sure and double check your plan to be safe if your unsure.
