Not receiving international texts

Can anyone help me? I have been sending and receiving texts to Germany and England for the past year. Now all of the sudden I am not receiving any texts. They can still receive mine though. Does anyone know what the problem is or why it is all of the sudden? I have contacted US Cellular CS and they have checked my phone and say that I should be receiving the texts. I can still receive/send all texts from within the US.

Its possible that one of the settings has been changed without you knowing it. Do you have any unlocked cellphone where you can try same simcard and see if it works okay? If it does you might need to check the SMS settings on your phone
