Hello, First post, I think I have the right Forum for this question. I have a problem with a Virin Mobile. I got a Kyocera KE433 from a friend who has gotten a new phone. This Phone is old, mabey last used in early 2004. My problem is I want to use this phone but it seems the number assigned to the phone has been re-assigned to another person. I called the number that the phone says it has but I get some guy. I can't "top off" Over the phone or check my balance. Is there any thing I can do? Any help is Greatly Appreicated

Well, you are going to go to have to buy a Top-Up card and go to www.virginmobileusa.com or call them and get the phone reactivated. You will be reasigned a new number and will be able to download ringtones and access VirginXtras. Also, once you do this be careful with those balance checks, and calling *86. They charge you 2 cents per check after you have used 2 in a day. They also charge you to call them from the cell phone. To avoid this charge, dial 611 insted of *86.
