Activating Virgin Mobile phones

I've had a K10 Royale with Virgin Mobile for about 6 months now. But I just got a Snapper for an early Christmas gift and when I tried to switch my service from the Royale to the Snapper, it told me that I had to enter a 10-digit Network Idea Number that they had given me. As far as I'm aware, they never gave me this number. Does anyone know where I can find the number? I've gotten through all the other steps for activating the phone but can't find this number.

I think they meant Network ID number.
