I am with Vm and so far I have been more than satisfied with them. They have pretty good customer service. I am on a pay as you go but I will most likely go to a monthly plan on March 20th. 30 cents a minute is killing me

I'm on pay as you go, as well. I'm perfectly happy with Virgin, so's my mom. No complaints here!

I use to be a customer of VM and loved every minute of my plan! I got spoiled though when it came to custom made ringtones, wallpapers etc. and decided to move on to a provided that wasn't soo strict with outside goods such as ringtones etc. If I ever went back to prepaid...it would be Virgin Mobile, without a doubt One of the best prepaids on the market

I used to be a fan of VM until they started to betray their loyal customers. I heard that they are going to offer a welfare phone, a plan that offers 120 minutes for only 10 dollars to low-income people. Yeah, it sounds good but the economy sucks for everyone and they should offer everyone a break, especially loyal customers.

I used to be with Vm, but left when I heard that my payments were sudsidizing welfare customers' minutes. I'm now with Safelink, also prepaid, and their service is great and coverage is amazing. its great feeling that some portion of my payments make sure that I get coast to coast coverage

While I have never used VM, I think they are a solid company. They have been updating many things recently, they took over Helio, and have a whole Contract, and Monthly payment options, and are about to (maybe) be taken over by Sprint. They are going up in the world, and its exciting to see them doing to much in the Cell phone world!

Re: Any opinions on Virgin Mobile??

I used to use virgin mobile about 3 years ago. They were alright. I'm looking into them again since my contract with AT&T is about to expire and I don't want to sign a 2 year contract. The website says that their basic rate is .20/minute but the 30 day minute packs are .10/minute.
