I'm thinking of getting an LG Quantum and unlocking it, but I don't know if it will work on the Virgin Mobile network. Will it work? Will they relock it if it does work?

Also, please let me know of any other low radiation phones I can unlock for this network. (not picky on features)

One more thing, I'm currently looking at PayLo prepaid. If anyone would like to suggest another plan/provider, please let me know. I need 1000 minutes a month, minimal everything else, and I don't believe phone service is worth more than $30/mo (if that).
