VM SLIDER RINGTONE frustration :o(

I got a Virgin Mobile Slider, and don't like the ringtone that comes with it. There are references to other included ringtones, but I can not find them

I go to VM web site, and find ringtones, but when it asks you to select a phone, the Slider is not pictured. I tried picking the Optimus V, but nothing works right. I called VM customer service, and they said to log in with my phone (which I did) and find the button "MENU" I can not find a MENU Button - tried both "My Account" and "Settings" and this is all that is available to me. After I supposedly found Menu, I should have selected "VIRGIN XL"

The CS rep said that i would not be able to find the Slider, so I should select Virgin XL - but I can't get to it. Then we were disconnected.

Anyone here help me? If I can't get to VIRGINXL, I can never get a better ringtone, supposedly.

The menu key is item 5 on page 4.

See page 179 for SD Card info.
Put your ringtones in the SD card sounds or audio folder; Move/copy ringtone from SD card to phone memory, Assign as ringtone from sounds menue.
(this is general procedure, not specific)

Ringer Types
The Phone ringtone alerts you of incoming calls.
Selecting Ringtones for Voice Calls
1. Press > > Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone.
2. Tap a ringtone to select it and to hear it. If you want to set the ringtone, tap OK. If not, select
another ringtone or tap Cancel.
Using a Song as a Ringtone
You can use a song as your phone ringtone, in place of one of the ringtones that come with the phone.
1. Press > > Music.
2. Touch and hold a song in your collection. In the pop-up menu, tap Use as phone ringtone.

On the Playback screen, press > Use as ringtone.
