I have moved to Sydney from the UK. I have my own iPhone and went with Virgin Pre Paid mobile. I asked the sales assistant to explain what bonus credit was, and what a cap is. He couldn't give me a straight answer. I don't know what it means. The sales girl couldn't explain what they were either. I called Virgin and they tried to explain but I am none the wiser. Can anyone explain simply and clearly what bonus credit is and what a cap is? I have googled everywhere known to man......
