    i am 1 month out till my contract is up with vodaphone australia, i want to upgrade my phone and plan and the guy in store says they wont waive my $27 upgrade fee, im ready to sign a new contract and pay more a month, is this usual practice as ive been a customer for over 10yrs and $27 wont break them!
