Am I going to be SOL if I get new 2 year contract with Cingular for 3 phones
with family plan now in North Carolina and move to Northern California in
July?

No your not I moved from TN to Nor Cal I had to call a special phone number
to get it transfered I got my West Coast sim cards and swapped them out no
worrys and very pain free but I got a new account number and etc Very Easy
