Does the Ericsson MMSC have a concept of a filter Value Added Service in
a similar way to the Nokia MMSC. A filter VAS is an application that the
MMSC passes MMS messages through for extra processing before sending to
the intended recipient.

In particular, is it possible to set up certain mobile numbers so that
all MMSs sent to that number will first be sent to the filterting app.
