Picture options on V600

Anyone know what the following options in the picture set up menu on a V600
mean ?

Shuffle

Auto Repeat

I have changed them from on to off and off to on and cannot see what happens
differently.

They work on Picture Albums. If you create an album, add pictures to it,
then View it, the pictures are played as a slideshow, shuffled and repeated
if selected.
