Uppercase in Password window in MSN ?

I just got my Motorola E815 and tried to get onto MSN chat using my hotmail
name and password. However I cannot get the Password frame to give me an
uppercase letter ... which I need for my password. None of the instructions
for getting upper case characters works in the MSN password frame/window. I
talked to Bell Mobility, my cell phone providor ... but they had no cure ...
it was news to them too.

Is this a common problem ?

I was told the answer by someone more experienced ....

Just hold down the key for a few seconds and it will change to Upper Case !!
