nokia 8910i opening mechanism

hi

my nokia 8910i keeps opening by itself

its got worse since i have had it, now it opens with any sudden movement or
by pressing just one of the release buttons, and it opens in my pocket
making me look like im having an erection

any ideas how i fix this? is it covered under warranty with Nokia?

ever had anyone ask "is that a phone in your pocket or are you just happy to
see me?"
