Help adding games to N-Gage ?

Sorry to be a pain again.

I now have a few simple games downloaded onto my PC for my N-Gage, but they
are .blz files. How do i get them onto my N-Gage (memory card preferably, as
only about 3mb left on phone). I have bluetooth and USB cable.

I tried downloading the Nokia suite software but the software just froze on
install, don't think i'm going to be able to get that running !
