cell directory

I never thought I would really really need a service such as this in my life
but I do and it involves about eight numbers. These sites that offer this
for big fees seem to be so prolific that I figure they all got a hold of
some utility that I can get too and look up my own numbers. Is this truly
legal and where can I find this software?

Not sure that it's software that you're after -- probably more like a network, and if you need cell phone numbers, you may have to work within the system.

There are those that are reasonably priced.
