Plan change

Just coming up to the end of my 3 month promotion and want to downgrade from family 60 to family 35. Web site says there is a$20 charge, does this apply to end of promotion packages?

The $20 charge applies to any changes made to your account. It would be assessed if you were increasing or decreasing the cost of your plan, just switching to something else completely, and at any time, be it 3 or 33 months. This charge has been in effect since about summer/fall of '06.
