LG Rumor Touch: can't download music

The phone shows that I have alot of memory left on my memory card, but it won't allow me to download any more music, or even access the music store, because it says i have insufficient memory. No matter how many songs I delete.

Thanks so much! That was easy! I have a ringtone maker program on my pc but I could not get the files loaded on my phone where I could set them as ringtones. I had already created the ringtone so it was simple to pull up the file on the site and then text it to the phone. Unlike other ringtones I downloaded when I selected the link I got options to set it up and it actually went to my downloaded ringtones file. Great help!!!
