LG Risio not starting after dropped in water.

It just seems that the buttons on the back of the phone seem to not work. Is there any alternative way to turn the phone on without using these buttons on the back? Everything else works, the screen turns on when I put it to charge and before I had to take the battery out everything worked fine other than the back buttons. Any and all help would be appreciated. Please and thank you.

You may try to dry the phone by putting it in a rice bag.
