Help exporting from Timeport 270c to PC

I have a Timeport 270c. I want to export my phone numbers from the 270c to a PC. The end goal is to upload my phone numbers to a new V3 Razr GSM.

Does anyone know if its possible to use Motorola's TrueSync software to do this? I am thinking of purchasing the "Multi-Connect USB Data Kit" (Motorola p/n 98326) for this purpose, but I want to make sure it will do what I need.

...Any other utilities that might facilitate this?

FWIW I'm using XP pro.

I called Motorola to enquire, but the 3 people I spoke with couldn't aswer the most basic of questions... just wanted to send me back to the corporate website.
