mp3 as ringtone on Razor?

Is there any way to use a downloaded mp3 tune as a ringtone on the new iTunes capable Razor? I have a song I dropped into the phone and want it as the ringtone as I can't find it on any of the ringtone sites. The manual says I can't use an iTunes song as a ringtone but if there's a way I can convert the mp3 to a compatible format I'd love to know.

believe me you are not the first to ask, for the umpteenth time, you have to make the mp3 30 secs or less to use as a ringtone, find the song online or in your own collection, cut a clip to 30 seconds or less, then email to your phone. Nuff said, try reading the 30 other threads on this subject.
