hey whats up. i got a program to unlock the software on nextels its called iden carrier rss. can anyone help me with it. every time i try to open up a cp it says that its invalad. i was told there was a patch for this but i dont know where to get it. any help is appreciated. thanks.

you can't put a cingular sim in a nextel phone. nextel, telus, so linc only work on iDEN networks....they are NOT compatible with GSM, TDMA or anything else!

trying to get my boost phones unlock no results delito said he will lets see man if you do i have a line of people who is ready to pay to get them unlock

First make sure you have the i860 upgrade utility up and installed.
next, here is what you have to do. backup your codeplug for both nextel i860 and boost i860 phones
start the upgrade on the nextel i860 when it gets to the part about the Csd pull cable from phone and plug into boost
Let it run untill the end
It will right all firmware flashpacks and csd.
when finished go into Rss Carrier or SA
Do phone recover
Your phone should now be unlocked.

this is a very tricky method and CAN and most likely WILL mess your phone up. It is not recommended. However, you can find the programs that you are looking for carrier and the upgrade utility on worldofgeekz.com (might be worldofgeeks.com) one or the other. Please realize that you might make a paperweight out of your phone and you waive all liability should that happen. THIS ALSO HAS NOT BEEN VERIFIED! Many more people would be doing this had this been a verified way of making it work!
