i have purchased samsung J7 two months back. for the last 15 days i can observe that some numbers automatically deleted form the phone book. went to service centre, they format the phone and returned back with out any result. second problem i can see that sometime when i save somebody's number, it shows the numbers two times in the saved person's name.
