i have 2 8100's and i need to get my files off of them. i just bought a data cable from sprint. i plugged everything up and i get nothing, no found new hardware, nothing. i downloaded drivers recomended by bitpim and rightclick, installed them and i have tryed to install them in the device manager. does anyone know what is going on with my stuff.
