W660i Delete Hidden File

I have a W660i phone. I recently used Opera Mini to download a setup file(.exe) and chose the C:\camera directory to store it. When I opened up the directory in File manager for both the phone memory as well as memory card, it doesn't appear to be there! But if I use a 3rd party application like File Hide, I can see the file. So how do I view and access or delete the file?

My understanding is that C:\ is drive letter for Phone Memory and E:\ is for Card Memory. Is this correct?
