Has everyones 611 customer service anouncment changed to voice automated or is it just my area, also I think it sucks but if anyone thinks different let me know I can't seem to get through to a rep for the life of me I keep getting rerouted back to the first menu. WTF

ya, i'm in the salt lake city area, and it is voice activated too. you can't say what you want. she always says, "ok i'll get someone for you, cuz i can't understand what you're saying." haha
Hey griff., it won't let me pm you but i was wondering (i put it in another post) you have the "in" when it comes to tmobile phones, so i was wondering, there are supposed to be a new wave of phones coming by march, do you know of any that are coming out?? i have the A630 moto now, and am still under my 14 days and i don't know whether to play the waiting game or keep this. Any advice and help is greatly appreciated

I had heard that they where going to be getting the v710 (I know it's a cdma phone, but an upgrade of that phone) I seemed to have been let down, or lied to, or both. But I have been following a few threads, and even though it's not a t-mobile phone it seems to me that quite a few people have the V3 and use a t-mobile sim (post in vxxx) if this is true with all cingular phones it opens the market for a lot more phones, on the bad side, the V3 goes for like 700.00 U.S. without a contract. Check e-bay though I saw a V3 that no one had bid on (was still .01) went to check the feed back and by the time I got back the sale was over. One day deal. WTF!!!!
