Please help with a text message problem

I have a d5oo unlocked. Well my problem is like 2 weeks I was able to txt my girlfriend fine. All of a sudden I cant. I can text anyone else perfectly fine an receive its just her that icant. actualy she receives my txts i just cant get the ones she sends.Please help.

2 questions:
1) Are you able to receive text messages from other people?
2) Is she able to send text messages to anyone else?

If you are having trouble recieving the ones that only she sends then it could be a problem on her end. If her service provider is T-Mobile, make sure that her messaging profile is set to T-Mobile. If no such profile exists, then check that the default profile has the correct service center number, which must be entered exactly as shown: +12063130004.

If you are having trouble recieving messages from others, but are able to send messages, then try cancelling the CALL FORWARDING on your phone. On most phones, call forwarding is found directly in the settings menu or the network services menu.

I have somewhat the same problem. I just activated a samsung alias phone with Metro Pcs and i am able to sends text messages and i Cannot receive them. I called the company and they have tried to help. I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in. I have tried sending a text message to myself. One text message to myself went through, but it didn't work after that one. They said that they reset my text message settings, and it still does not work, how can i fix this?

I have some weird problem aswel, when i send a message to someone, the message isnt complete.. some parts are missing, it happens when i send a message to some people really weird and when someone sends me a message its always fine any1 knows how to solve this problem?
