Ok, recently i hearing that Telus is CDMA meaning no SIM Cards??
And im buying a v3i which is a GSMP or whatever phone with a SIM CARD Slot..
Can telus give me a SIM Card?

The simple answer (and one you don't wanna hear) is no. Telus is CDMA or iDen (mike) neither of which will be compatible with your GSM phone. Your Canadian choices would be Rogers or Fido.

^ nope they cannotTELUS does not use a SIM card

Telus is CDMA. The v3i is a great phone I have one. I suggest Fido. Best network in Canada. Please PM me I can refer you which gives you a $20 bill credit. It is called GSM technology which Telus is not.
