them somehow?

Hi there,
Can we go to Watchdog?!!
Same thing has happened to me. First time I emailed them and the money
appeared in my account. This time I got the long email about the
'major computer problem'.
It's not like they make it easy in the first place.........find the
secret code on the back of the secret form , write this on your
statement under a full moon, add some magic dust, send by registered
post (they can't pay you anything if it gets lost you know!!) ....they
will then email you a million times asking you if you want an argos
voucher or a mini fridge, Refuse five times, and they will ask you
again if you REALLY just want the cash.
And now this!! It's gotta be a scam.

I faxed mine off to them to which I got a fail after it connected as their
end doesn't accept colour faxes, then I sent it a second time, 2 days later
an email confirming
that I have successfully submitted mine, then go to the site and choose what
I wanted, I ended up going for the argos/homebase option, I suppose it will
come in handy
towards Christmas, also gardening or something. I only chose this option as
it seemed like the quicker option. 1 mth instead of 2.
anyone had problems with the vouchers, receiving them I mean.

Re: mobileshop cash back problems
My voucher is C is 60 days late.
If I send compliant email. There is ready made email say they are
trying to fix problem.
My conclusion is that
Mobileshop.com doing fraud
They pay cash back only untill your installment are due. Once you pay
all money they stop.

Re: mobileshop cash back problems
I was thinking about maybe settling for the Argos vouchers but I had a
look at Ebay to see what the going rate for Argos vouchers was but it
wasn't good - loss of 30% in some cases. Now, buying Argos vouchers,
maybe that's the business to be in.

Same old story for me as all the others on this page. I think we will
have to take them to county court. Just to check 1st whether any one
to date has done this?
