Can anyone point me to a place where I can get free ringtones? I'll checkout
commercial links also but I'd rather find free ones. I've tried googling
south park ringtones cingular but the only place I found didnt have my phone
on the list.

1) Welcome to usenet. You often get what you pay for. Sometimes more.
2) It's not like you posted an answerable question. You said you
wanted south park ringtones, couldn't find ones for your phone, but
never said what phone you had.
3) Now that you've made a reply that connotes an entitlement
mentality, people are even less likely to help you.

Useless nothing. Jackzwick is right as is the poster who replied to your
reply.
We know nothing about what kind of phone you have. What type of ring tones
it
supports.
I'll be a nice guy, but YOU'LL need to do the work to get to the site
search on the following
Polyphonic Ringtones

Re: Looking for a place to download Ringtones
I've used nntp for a while and imo his response is trollish but I don't care
if you don't agree, i'm not trying to get into a debate right now, Todd. He
said to google which I had already said I tried doing. Deductive reasoning
might suggest that I was looking for places people knew about. I wasn't
asking how to search the web.
My phone is an LG CG225. One paysite I found didn't have the phone listed
and I know some times it doesn't matter or you can use specify a similar but
I didn't want to take the chance on something I want to pay for even though
its a petty amount.

Oh his response was quite inane unhelpful, kneejerk, and ignorable.
But you'll notice it was the only one ya got, and grousing about it
rarely helps is all I was sayin.
I hope you find what yer lookin for.

Re: Looking for a place to download Ringtones
RobbieB, make your own ringtones. You can only have 2 saved ringtones on LG CG225 anyways, I make a ringtone from a mp3 that I have around 10 seconds long and I use this site Free Wap File Hosting to upload it, then go to this site http://www.wappal.com/wap.php with your phone and enter the numbers from before site and it will download to your phone.
