I'm looking to upgrade my AT&T phone (on a budget). I'd like something with
good reception of course and also frequently use the appointment calendar,
contact list and reminders. I'm considering the Nokia 6555 looks like a
good option. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Wal Mart appears to be the exclusive reseller of reasonably priced
v3xx and Krzr K1's if you'd like to check them out. I've been very
happy with my Krzr, and my wife enjoys hers as well. RF and voice
quality have been better than any other phone I've had with Cingular.

I think the Krzr is like $15 with 2 year extension now, but only at
Wal Mart. I also like that Wal Mart's mobile phone folks aren't on
commission...first time I haven't been upsold on features I didnt'
want/need, and nothing magically showed up on my bill.

    Best Regards,

The way I understand it that Krzr price is only good on-line with a $59.99+
rate plan. When I checked at the store it was $59.99 with my $39.99 plan.

That may be the case. I'm on a family plan priced at 59.99.
