K500

My son as a K500 that start's with the phone setup wizard every time he
switch's on the phone, but it only happens with his sim card, and we
have pressed 'no' when it asks if we want to start with the setup wizard
next time. Has anybody got a solution.

maybe he must set (or update) the phone with a new sonyericsson software.

the dss-25 usb docking station is necessary if he want to update the phone
himself at home
