    Help - I have purchased a Motorola E365 with O2 Pay as u go, however in
    spite of setting it up correctly I have been unable to send and recieve
    pictures, can someone help!?

    A friend with the same also has the exact problem.

    I just purchased my Motorola E365 the other day. Mine seems to work fine
    sending pictures, but am with Orange Pay and Go. I do know of another person
    with this phone having the same problem, he is with Virgin, and they told
    him he could not send or receive any pictures until March this year because
    the Virgin network could not handle the quality of picture yet......Maybe
    bull**** but you may be having the same problem..?

    Contact O2 and see what they say..
