Has anyone run into this and if so, how do I get it fixed?

Arghhh!!! It seems to be an awesome phone (well, except it has
no iRDA or bluetooth which sucks - just another way to force you to buy their
cables and software), but after you have had it awhile it does a freak out
thing on you when you plug in the headphone jack. The last one I had would
just randomly call my voicemail when it felt like it. Now, it is randomly
calling the last person I dial AND also while I am talking with someone, it
will put them on hold and dial them again. Talk about frustrating.
