I'm using Dialpad's calling card to call abroad. How can I program the
V400 to automatically dial the main number, enter the account # and
pin then dial the foreign number? As far as I can tell it doesn't have
a specific feature like my old Nokia 3360 had for calling cards
specifically. Can I enter the number as one long string with spaces or
pauses and such?
Thanks.

Re: V400 - can I program calling cards?
Look at your manual's index for "calling card" and it will point you to
the right place. Yes, you can program a pause OR a "wait" to do that. A
pause, as you know, will delay additional numbers until the call
connects. A "wait" will dial a string and wait for you to press the
smart button before continuing. You also have an "insert" feature that
will prompt you for the IDDD number your calling and insert it in the
dialing sequence.
I use the pause feature for voicemail retreival. When I press and hold
"1" the phone turbo dials voicemail and after the prompt starts another
"1" is dialed to start playing messages.
