Hi, Motorola Gurus:
I'm debating whether to get a V220 or a V300. I'm curious about the
reception of the V220 - there aren't that many reviews on it out
there. Any of you know about the V220 - and how it sounds?
(to me, sound quality is important. V300 looks too funky for my tastes,
but if the V220 reception is crap, or the sound quality is crap, I might
as well dump a bit more money into the V300.)
I appreciate your feedback.

Re: V220 vs V300...
V300 rf is perfect on Rogers, it has 5mb memory compared to the 1.6mb I
think the v220 has, and you can upgrade the V300 to v600 flex/flash software
to enable quad band and video playback, if you are into that sort of thing.
I have not heard anything bad about the v220, but it is a recent arrival,
try www.phonescoop.com and see what they say about it.

Re: V220 vs V300...
The main difference between the two phones is the screen. The V300 has a
bigger screen and is TFT, better quality despite both have same colors
(65000). Another difference is that V220 has video reproduction (not
recording) but it has only 1 mega of memory and V300 has 5 megas
The two phones are triband, have the same camera and mp3 ringtones
Maybe the sound is a little better in the V300.
