v525 can't hear sound/ringtones

hi,

got a mot v525 recently. have found that about only 3 of the stock ringtones
work. they seem to play but no sound.
uploaded a mp3 via bluetooth and this doesn't play either.

anyone had experience of this and is there a fix

Sounds like your phone's faulty. My v525 plays all the built-in ringtones
and anything else I upload to it, flawlessly.

Take it back & get a replacement.

Sounds like your phone's faulty. My v525 plays all the built-in ringtones
and anything else I upload to it, flawlessly.

Take it back & get a replacement.
