Hi
I have bin experimenting on my v300 which had T-mobile in it.I have
taken my 02 sim out of my Panasonic x300 (which I hated) & put it in
my v300 & vola it comes up as bt & works fine.It rings out & texts
fine. Now the prob is because T-mobile was payg & the 02 sim is
contract (9.99 a month for 12 months)would that affected me in any way
..Like the imei number is different would this affect me in any way
with the contract. Also the T-mobile works in the x300 Panasonic too
..So it would be a good result if ok any advice great full thank you.

02? is this a UK cellular provider? - The way it works is... the SIM
is basically carrying your account. If you are on a contract with a
provider, it does not matter what phone you use, regardless of IMEI
numbers.
If you took the simcard out of a Panasonic phone and put it into a
Motov300 - then your service with 02(Contract) will continue on as
normal.
In other words, moving your sim to another phone will not change
anything at all.
Also, if I were you, I'd call my provider to let them know the new
phone I am using and its IMEI #
