How do you save email addresses in the phone ?
How do you send an email from the phone ? I could only find text
messaging by phone number.

That's the one. Just put the email address in the To: field. Press
the 1 key twice for a dot and 7 times for an @.

I don't have the phone here because its my mothers but I remember
pressing the number keys and unable to get alpha characters. Is there
something you have to press to get alpha characters ?

I don't know if it works on the 120, but if there are buttons on the
left side of the phone, try the top one to shift into upper case on a
letter-by-letter basis. (IOW, the next letter will be back to lower
case.)

I don't know if it works on the 120, but if there are buttons on the
left side of the phone, try the top one to shift into upper case on a
letter-by-letter basis. (IOW, the next letter will be back to lower
case.)

When you are sending a message, when you enter into the "TO:" field,
press the MENU key. It should take you into and Entry Method screen.
Try selecting "Tap Method".
That's the only thing I can think that would make the phone do that.
